As I said, I am not going to give an entire
lesson on PMA here. I have, however , outlined some of the
major benefits of adopting this approach. As I said, it is a
way of life. I cannot possibly teach you all you need to know
in this short chapter. What I can do though, is list here some
of the better books that have helped, not only me, but many
other people along the way. I have had many happy hours reading
these books, and they have helped turn my life around.
At twenty six, I was basically a no-hoper, lager
lout. All I lived for was the next session down the pub, or the
next football match. O.K, I still enjoy the football, but I
now live the life I choose for myself, and in the style I wish
to live it in. Basically, I have everything I want or need,
and I put that down to developing a positive mental attitude.
It took six or seven years to bear fruit, but, I ain't half glad
I started planting seeds when I did!
So here it is, a list of some of the best PMA

Well, there's a few to be getting on with. If
you like what you find, the major bookstores are full of PMA
reading material. I've read a lot, but nowhere near everything.
I'm sure you will find others that I've never even heard of!
However, take what works for you from the books and put it into
practice. If you believe you have a good attitude already, you
can always improve it. How? Well, I make sure I read something
good for at least half an hour a day. It is a discipline,
and a good one, too. I believe the saying goes "You are what
you read". Says it all really. Happy reading.
